This girl was kind enough to share a very detailed account of journey to fitness, even revealing her ‘secrets’. Chang said she doesn’t view herself as ‘sexy’, but she is proud of her progress. In only seven months, Chang was able to shed 17 kg!

She encouraged others to do the same, and to look for exercises that target their specific problem areas. Regarding her diet, Chang committed to a healthier lifestyle by sticking to vegetables, chicken, and fish. She said no to rice, white bread, oily foods, salt, sugar, preservatives, pork, crackers, soda, flavored drinks, dairy, fast food, and even alcohol. Once a week, every Wednesday, she goes on a ‘cheat day’ so as not to deprive herself of life’s simple pleasures. She also emphasized that having breakfast, lunch, and dinner are important.
Now, a year after her post went viral, Chang seems very happy with the figure she has been able to maintain. She never regained the weight that she lost, and she actually looks more stunning than ever.
Chang proves that however cliché it may seem, there really is no shortcut when it comes to weight loss. When done right, shedding those unwanted pounds is something everyone can achieve.
