Joshua Garcia’s tweet supposedly addresses his latest controversy

For the past several months, Joshua Garcia has been showing his affection for his on-screen partner and rumored sweetheart, Julia Barretto. He hired a band to serenade her during his “Star Magic Ball” proposal and they even had a candlelit dinner on Valentine’s Day. However, some netizens are now doubting his loyalty to Julia after his alleged conversation with a non-showbiz girl surfaced on social media.

The issue began when Joshua allegedly sent a private message to a female netizen, telling her that her photo was “art.” This was followed by another set of screenshots from a different online user. The snaps depicted Joshua asking basic details about the girl, who seemingly entertained his queries, until the actor expressed his interest to see the girl in person.

As expected, his loyal fans were quick to respond to his statement and assured him that they will support him no matter what. Moreover, some netizens from Fashion Pulis claimed that the screenshots could have come from a poser account. Others noted that the conversation could have been edited to spark an issue given that Joshua and Julia’s love team, dubbed “JoshLia,” has a huge fan base.
