Life was rough for Ronnie Alonte before he dipped his toes into the realm of entertainment. It took him several challenges before he discovered that he could shine as a star. Apart from the struggles their family faced right after his father got into a motorcycle accident, Ronnie struggled through bullies as a young boy.
Ikaw pinakapanget dito.’”
He did not let the criticisms get in his way, because he became a varsity basketball player, a member of a successful dance troupe, and was declared as the first runner-up in their school pageant.
His fame today started from a mere question asked by his make-up artist and cousin, RB Chanco, who inquired if Ronnie wanted to attend acting workshops in Star Magic. Without a doubt, Ronnie agreed, and then he tried his luck in becoming a part of the “It’s Showtime” mainstay group, Hashtags.
At first, he thought that he would not make it because he had an allergy attack during his audition.
Just like a miracle, Ronnie made it to the new boy group as the 11th member.
Life was initially tough for Ronnie, but he made it out alive and successful and will continue to shine in the coming years.
