Birds are beautiful creatures but by nature they are also, smart and creative. An explorer discovered a wonderful bird that has an extraordinary talent for creating a home and gathering food for its mate.
While walking in the forest, an explorer found an unusual small wooden hut and a neat pile of wild berries on the ground. At first impression, the tiny shed seemed to be man-made, but it was too small for a person to fit inside. In the open-air were little piles of vibrant wild berries, blueberries, and flowers. It appeared that someone had been busy gathering food and the house was purposely made to be used for storage.
According to Elite Newsfeed, these small buildings are usually found in the wilds of Australia and Papua New Guinea. The explorer was so intrigued by who was responsible for such creation that he waited for the small hard-working builder. After patiently waiting, the explorer was shocked and amazed that the little architect was bird, a smart one, that was behind the mysterious shelter.
The blue-eyed and brown-feathered bird is known as the Brown Gardener. The bird was known for its unique nesting of its fruits and delightful finds. The birds must have taken 10 months to create its well-made storage house. It looked brittle but it was actually sturdy enough to protect the fruits and berries from the unpredictable weather.
The report explained that male Brown Gardeners build these types of domes to attract prospective female bird as a mate. When they are able to convince a mate to stay with them at their home, they will be happy and satisfied for their efforts.
